Mini Enterprise on suunniteltu satojen valmistusteollisuuden ERP-toteutusten kokemuksella
Tuki löytyy tärkeimmille valmistusprosessille kuten tilausvalmistukselle tai valmistukselle varastoon, jäljitettävyydelle tai muille toiminnallisuuksille, joita yleensä löytyy isoille yritykselle suunnatuista toiminnanohjausjärjestelmistä. Ohjelma on kuitenkin helppo ottaa käyttöön yhdessä yrityksessä.
Mini Enterprise Ydinjärjestelmä
Vaikka kutsumme tätä nimellä Mini, ei se tarkoita, että Mini Enterprise -versiomme olisi pienitehoinen. Siinä on samat tehokkaat perusominaisuudet kuin kaikissa versioissamme:
- Yhteistyökumppanit: Hallitse toimittajia, asiakkaita ja muita yrityksiä, joiden kanssa yritykselläsi on liiketoimintaa.
- Nimikkeet: Löytyy viisi erilaista tyyppiä: materiaaleja, työaikaa, koneaikaa, alihankintakustannuksia ja muita kustannuksia varten. Materiaalit voidaan suunnitella ostettaviksi tai valmistettaviksi.
- Myynti: Hallitse myyntitilaukset ja -tarjoukset useaan eri osoitteeseen (toimitus, lasku).
- Osto: Ostoja tehdään kysynnän perusteella. Nimikkeille voi määrittää valmistajan tai toimittajan koodit.
- Varasto: Hallitse erillisiä varastojasi FIFO-kustannuslaskennalla. Luo ja seuraa lähetykset, toimitukset sekä asiakaspalautukset.
- Tuotanto: Luo työeriä käyttäen monivaiheista reititystä. Palvelutyöeriä ajan ja materiaalien seuraantaan. Tuotannonojausta tuotannon aikataulutukseen. Käytä kirjaamiseen kosketusnäyttöjä tai viivakoodeja. Seuraa työerään käytettyä aikaa sekä tekijöitä.
- Laskutus: Myyntilaskujen luonti toimitusten perusteella tai omasta tarpeesta. Ostolaskujen kohdistus vastaanottoihin sekä toimituskustannusten päivitys varastoon. Laskun siirto tuettuun kirjanpitojärjestelmään.
- Suunnittelu: Reaaliaikainen MRP ostojen ja valmistusten suunnitteluun. Selkeä näkymä puutteisiin.
- Jäljitettävyys: Sarjanumero- sekä eräseuranta tuotteille, alarakenteille sekä ostettaville materiaaleille.
- Kustannuslaskenta: Reaaliaikainen FIFO varastokustannuslaskenta. Työerien kustannuslaskenta. Myyntikatteen seuranta.
- Raportointi: Laaja valikoima Excel ja PDF raportteja.
- Liitettävyys: Julkiset sovellukset. Tuki Zapier-tiedonsiirrolle.
Mini Enterprise -laajennukset
Nämä laajennukset sisältyvät ilman lisäkustannuksia ja ne voidaan kytkeä päälle tai pois oman liiketoimintaprosessin tarpeiden mukaan.
